What it's like to work at Athena

The Work

Weatherization is physical and sometimes uncomfortable. Attics get hot. Crawlspaces get tight. Winter is cold. You'll regularly have to work around the weather, dust, dirt, critters and cobwebs.

You’ll also see and feel the difference you make every day. Your work will leave attics and crawlspaces looking and feeling better. And pre- and post- testing will show measurable improvements from your work.

At Athena we do good work and (mostly) enjoy ourselves in the process.
